UNLOADING AUGER SYSTEM

Unloading screw auger systems unload the grain from the silo. Through the covers above the auger system and the mechanism which commands these covers, unloading is processed safely. Control mechanism first opens the cover in the center but does not give opportunity of opening to the other ones. After the flow through the center ends other covers open consequently. The unloading auger U-shaped case is made of galvanized steel sheet.  Power is transferred directly from gearbox to the motor drive. Therefore the auger system runs in a more productive and safe way.

MAFAL bottom sweep auger unloads the grain remained at the bottom of the silo by rotating 360 degrees. Steel protecting case and hanger brackets are installed according to the calculation of the grain load. The different design of drive and functioning units helps obtaining the maximum capacity for the use of MAFAL bottom sweep augers.
