CONTROL PANELS & AUTOMATION SYSTEMS

MAFAL uses MCC panels and PLC-SCADA systems which are also made by «OBI Elektrik» to command and control the machines of the system safely.

MCC panels are used for basic grain storage systems and for bigger and more complex systems MAFAL offers PLC-SCADA systems. MCC panels controls the system manually and PLC-SCADA system supplies fully-automatic control therefore it does not necessitate expert knowledge.

MAFAL prefers high quality brands such as Siemens, Schneider Electric (Telemecanique) and Phoenix Contact which are well-known and trusted all around the world, for the materials of both MCC panels and PLC-SCADA systems.

The advantages of MAFAL’S PLC-SCADA systems are as follow:

PLC-SCADA provides the command and control of the whole system from one point.

The system is fully protected against any error through the software which is prepared particularly to the grain storage system and pre-calculation of all the mistakes can be done.
Operator system warns about the possible error occurrences of working equipments and power panels therefore the exact place of the error is reported to the operator and provides a short time solution.

The momentary work process of the system on the screen provides the possibility of momentary control of the system.

The system shuts itself down for the possible dangers and also there are Emergency buttons at necessary points to stop immediately. This maximizes the safety of staff.

While handling the grain, system runs according to a definite order and time intervals. This prevents the errors (the grain blockage and thus the physical damage and malfunction of the components of the system) from the beginning.
